Lifeology’s Co-Founder and CEO, Zaneta Alexander, is a woman of color who has lived her entire life in Phoenix, Arizona. Her personal life experiences opened her to the unique challenges youth, especially BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth face in this community. Zaneta is also a recent graduate of the Millionaire Mastermind Academy’s ImpactAZ 24 cohort.

Daja M. Benton [She/Her]

Daja, is the owner of Finance Therapy Group, brings valuable experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services to the Lifeology team. With over 8 years of accounting experience, she understands the organization's mission and financial partnerships. As the interim treasurer of the Lifeology board, Daja's growth perspective helps the team grow its financial foundation and contribute to the organization's mission to end youth homelessness.
As an only child, she moved six times due to her father's government job. She lived in Iowa, Northern California, Northern Colorado, and Nevada. After attending Grand Canyon University and UNLV, She received my Bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis Justice from the University of Northern Colorado. She ended up working with kids with behavioral and mental health issues, and Her passion for helping children led her to Lifeology.
